About the Journal

Aquaculture research broadly refers to cultivating aquatic organisms in controlled environments for commercial, industrial, recreational, or public facilities. Aquaculture research includes the process of breeding, raising, and harvesting aquatic animals in all types of open water environments (ponds, rivers, lakes, seas) and closed systems on land.

Although agriculture is largely based on using fresh water, aquaculture also occurs in inland (freshwater) and coastal (brackish water, sea water) areas.

South East Asian Aquaculture (SEAQU) is a forum for distributing the latest information from aquaculture research widely. This journal can be a medium of communication for researchers, academics, students, and communities. Seaqu accepts manuscripts written in English and only processes submitted original scripts related to the scope of Aquaculture. We are committed to publishing quality scientific articles based on current facts.
