Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan, memahami, dan implementasi penerapan manajemen kurikulum sekolah islam terpadu di SDIT Fadhilah Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif karena data disajikan dalam bahasa deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dimulai dengan perencanaan kurikulum, prinsip-prinsip manajemen yang digunakan untuk menerapkan manajemen kurikulum sekolah Islam terpadu di SDIT Fadhilah Kota Pekanbaru: memanfaatkan analisis SWOT, lokakarya kurikulum, menyusun tim untuk membuat kurikulum, dan membuat kurikulum akhir; Kedua, membuat kurikulum: Langkah selanjutnya dalam mempraktekkan kurikulum adalah melakukan evaluasi diri sekolah (EDS), kemudian membuat kalender pendidikan, RPP, program kegiatan sekolah, tugas guru, dan tim untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan dokumen.  Keempat, supervisi dan evaluasi kurikulum, khususnya pengembangan guru di bawah supervisi, evaluasi kinerja, pengukuran sikap, penggunaan portofolio, dan self assessment hasil kerja, serta penilaian pencapaian kompetensi siswa melalui tes tertulis, lisan, dan tidak tertulis. Guru melaksanakan kurikulum sesuai dengan tugas dan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan pola kurikulum terpadu.
